Refund amounts are determined by the time remaining before the scheduled start of your tour.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Changes, No-Shows & Tour Cancellations
No refund will normally be provided for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled tour, or for guests who do not appear at the agreed meeting time and location.
If we must cancel a tour because of severe weather, safety concerns, operational circumstances, or other conditions that make the tour impractical, we will offer an appropriate alternative whenever possible or arrange a refund where applicable.
Some activities and destinations are seasonal and may be affected by weather, road conditions, operating schedules, availability, or safety considerations. In these situations, the itinerary may be adjusted to provide the best available alternative experience.
REFUNDS

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Tour operation may depend on weather, local conditions, transportation schedules and safety requirements. We will always prioritize guest safety when making operational decisions.
