Submitting a booking request through this website does not automatically confirm your tour.

We will review availability, tour conditions, and the requested itinerary before confirming the booking.

Planned private experiences

Tours generally follow the itinerary shown on the relevant tour page. Routes, times, activities and destinations may be adjusted when reasonably necessary because of weather, traffic, seasonal conditions, operating schedules, availability or safety considerations.

If you have a special request, please contact us in advance. We will consider it where possible, depending on timing, availability and local conditions.

Where a scheduled activity or destination is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative experience.

What your tour price includes

The inclusions and exclusions for each experience are described on the relevant tour page.

Meals, drinks, admission fees, optional activities, or personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Safe and respectful travel

Guests are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions, respect local rules, properties, guides, drivers, and other participants during the experience.

An activity may be changed or discontinued if continuing would create an unreasonable safety risk for guests, staff, or others.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS

Weather, transportation & operations

Hokkaido travel can be affected by severe weather, snow, road closures, transport disruption, seasonal closures, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we may adjust the itinerary, timing, transportation, or activity when reasonably necessary for safety and practical operation.
